The name Opalyx (pronounced "o-pāll-ix") comes from the exquisite combination of:
opal + onyx = Opalyx
The opal gemstone represents confidence while the onyx gemstone represents courage -- two ingredients necessary for any successful travel abroad.
Together, these two worldly gemstones combine to fortify our philosophy that we have one life to live and one planet to explore, so let's see what we can uncover and discover together.
